Mr. Chu Manh Hoan joined VACO in 2003, holding the positions of Assistant Auditor, Auditor, Audit Manager, Head of Audit Department, Audit Director and Deputy General Director of the Company since November 2017 with systematic professional training, Bachelor of Accounting at Thuongmai University; Master of Finance at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France; CPA Certificate and CPA Australia.

With extensive experience in the fields of Auditing, Accounting, Financial and Tax Advisory, Mr. Hoan has managed and directed the implementation of audit and consulting contracts for Groups and Corporations, joint stock companies, ODA projects, international projects funded by the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Projects funded by other international organizations for Vietnam. At the same time, Mr. Hoan also participates in professional and technical training programs for staff at all levels.
