Mr. Bui Van Ngoc was a member of VACO since September 1991. Through the positions of Auditor, Deputy Head, Head of Audit Department, Audit Director, Chairman of the Members' Council and General Director. From December 2022 up to now, Mr. Ngoc is the Chairman of the Members' Council and is the first legal representative of VACO.Mr. Ngoc has made many contributions to the development of the independent audit industry in Vietnam. He is one of the few members participating in the Research Committee to successfully draft Vietnamese audit standards No. 1000, especially he is the architect and builder of the Audit of finalization statement of finished investment capital and widely applied in providing construction investment project audit services in Vietnam's independent audit industry.Mr. Bui Van Ngoc obtained a bachelor's degree in 1991 from the University of Finance and Accounting (now the Academy of Finance) specializing in construction auditing, Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in 1999, with professional qualifications. In particular, he has been very successful in the fields of management, supervision, and guidance and training of staff implementing many large audit contracts, key national projects and clients who are economic corporations, Corporations, Joint Stock Companies, international projects such as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, Vietnam Electricity Group, Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group, Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation Nam, Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation... He is one of the first members of the Vietnam Association of Practicing Auditors and received many certificates of merit from the Ministry of Finance, and the title of emulation soldier in the finance industry. Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien jointed VACO from September 1998, holding the positions of Assistant Auditor, Auditor, Audit Manager, Head of Audit Department and Deputy General Director of the Company since 2009 with systematic professional training at domestic and foreign universities: Bachelor of Accounting at University of Finance and Accounting (now Academy of Finance), Master of Business Administration at Asian Institute of Technology; CPA Certificate and CPA Australia.With extensive experience in the fields of Auditing, Accounting, Financial and Tax Advisory, Mr. Tien has managed and directed the implementation of audit and consulting contracts for Groups and Corporations, joint stock companies, ODA projects, international projects funded by the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Projects funded by other international organizations for Vietnam. At the same time, Mr. Tien also participates in professional and technical training programs for staff at all levels.

Formerly an expert in the Department of Accounting Regime and Accounting Inspection, Ministry of Finance (now the Accounting and Auditing Supervisory Department (AASD) - Ministry of Finance), Ms. Trinh Thi Hong was transferred to perform the task of building the foundation for the independent audit in Vietnam, right from the first day of establishment, May 1991. Ms. Trinh Thi Hong participated in construction and engagement and witnessed the development of VACO over the years.Ms. Hong graduated from the University of Finance and Accounting (now the Academy of Finance) in 1983, and participated in the "Human Resource Management" training course organized by the National University & Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. , auditing training courses organized by PW, KPMG from 1991, 1992 and training courses organized by Deloitte, VACPA from 1993 to present.In addition, Ms. Hong received CPA Certified, Chief Accountant Certificate, Certificate in securities analysis and investment, Basic certificate in securities and stock market and Certificate in applicable laws in the securities industry.With a deep knowledge and rich practical experience in financial management, accounting, resource management, internal administration, auditing and tax, Ms. Hong is an experienced expert in organizing and implementing contracts to provide consulting services to develop financial regulations, internal management regulations, salary regulations, participating in many financial report audit contracts and internal system reviews for businesses. She is a member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), a member of the Hanoi Association for Women Entrepreneurs (HNEW). She has received many Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Finance and the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance for her excellent achievements in completing financial tasks over the years.
