We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accounting Associate to join our team, supporting operations during the evening hours to align with our U.S.-based clientele.

Job Description:

As an Accounting Associate working in the offshore evening shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US Client’s Accounting team and enhancing our service to U.S.-based producers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with US clients daily
• Able to work special hours overlapping with US from 3pm to 12am Monday to Friday
• Perform key Accounting tasks and processes, including but not limited to payment application, collection activities, customer billing, invoicing, research and reconciliation, month close, and financial reporting.
• Understand of the internal technologies required for daily functions after the training period
• Training will be provided for all technical skills needed for the position.
• Perform additional support duties as assigned by the team.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English. IELTS 7.0 or above
• Education background in business, finance, accounting, economics, and any other relevant fields
• Willing to commit to the position for at least 2 years
• Attention to details
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance
• Work towards process improvement and efficiency
• A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
• Willingness to learn continuously and to quickly adapt to fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Proficiency in working software such as Excel
