  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
  • Salary: $1000-$1250 + benefits

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Business Analyst to join our team, supporting operations during the evening hours to align with our U.S.-based clientele.

Reporting Relationship:

Position reports to the Solution Architect, or as otherwise determined by the Company.

Job Description:

• • Primary Responsibilities will include:
  • Underwriting/Production system and process configuration
  • Operational and management dashboard development
  • Collect, organize, and prepare data for analysis
  • Help reconfigure internal documentation and document generating software
  • Assist with internal preparations and configurations for a new business entity go-live
  • Consolidate, review, and complete internal system documentation; and
  • Assist in providing information by assembling and summarizing data, analyzing data for accuracy, preparing reports, and presenting the analysis and recommendations Additional responsibilities may be assigned as directed by the Manager of the Company.

Required Job Qualifications:

Experience in querying database systems, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting systems • Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• • Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science path of study
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with insurance operations
  • Experience with Visual Basic for Applications
  • SQL Query experience
